Technology Report:
Differential Cascode Logic
|
This report attempts to describe "Differential Cascode Logic" with particular attention to "Differential Cascode Voltage Switch", DCVS. DCVS is a CMOS circuit family reputed to achieve significant speed / power / density advantages over conventional logic circuit technologies while having specific logical and physical characteristics that make it ideal for high level behavioral logic synthesis. This report will describe the fundamentals of generic cascode logic, simple Bipolar and CMOS embodiments and full CMOS DCVS. |
